The costs for renting the aprtment are as follows:

| Low Season 2011 | 1/11/2011 - 31/3/2012 | £150 per week |
| High Season 2012 | 1/4/2012 - 31/10/2012 | £200 per week |

Booking Terms
In order to secure your holiday, a 30% non refundable deposit is required with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
All cheques should be made payable to Diane Woolnough and sent to:

A £100 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded upon your return as long as there are no major damages or missing items.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
| Number of days before your holiday | Cancellation Charges |
| 29 – 56 days before arrival date | 50% of rental refunded |
| 15 to 28 days before arrival date | 25% of rental refunded |
| 0 to 14 days before arrival date | 10 % of rental refunded |
